Sam's has a lot of new slots since the last time we were there (2018). Service for drinks on the floor while playing slots was great, too.

Had dinner at the Angry Butcher one night (So good!!!) and we also ate at the Food Court. We stayed in a mini-suite and the service was wonderful from check-in to check-out. We had a wonderful time at Sam's Town during this unprecedented time. I cannot wait to return and I plan on going regularly even though it's a 5 hour drive. I appreciated everyone and my gaming experience. Another team member was quick to clear, clean and sanitize the tables and chairs even the floor after a customer left. As I received my orders, team member asked was everything fine with a smile. The food was 🔥 and good, great portions, and reasonably priced. Once customers were ready to order again the smiling eyes were there 😊. I ate at the snack bar in the atrium and the team members were friendly, professional and patient as customers viewed the menu. It will take a lot to beat Sam's Town Tunica, and I won good 🤑. You could tell with the smiles in their eyes because of the mask, all the team members were appreciative that we chose Sam's Town Tunica to play. The team members were professional, friendly, and regularly checked on players to see if they needed anything, I appreciated the cleanliness that the team members done after a player left the slot machines. Once on the gaming floor I was greeted continuously as I played Slots. I was greeted by Security at the entrance with smiles I could see in their eyes beneath the mask. This was my first time visiting Sam's Town Tunica and I had the best gaming experience from the Security's throughout my gaming. I will say this, they deducted 2 days off our bill for the scooter. Of course we had to park our own car and walk with great difficulty. No music, no noise, no machines going off with jackpots. The casino was like walking into a funeral home. We were in that room for 2 nights, never did see housekeeping. He fixed it where the toilet flushed, the shower worked, the water in sink worked and we had to spread a dozen towels on floor and carpet. Are you kidding me? We just physically couldn't. Maintenance came and said the wall had to be broken into and we would have to move to another room. The sink was full of brown gunk, floor was flooded, carpet was wet. Next day handicapped room was ready AT 4 in the afternoon. No valet, no help with luggage, Had to 'rent' a scooter at $37.50/24 hours. They put us in another room, the last one down a hall. Booked a handicapped room, it wasn't cleaned.
